Depth and shadows adds extra dimension to the light reflective qualities of grain and colour with-in the internal tree.

The collectors cabinet "Oak in Time" was conceived for the "onetree" exhibition, which exhibited over one hundred items made by 75 national artists and craftsmen who used all the timber from the 170 year old Tatton Oak Tree.

It is featured in the book "onetree" and provides the cabinets unique provenance.

It has appeared in magazine articles and on television including a seven minute feature on CBS television network news.

"Oak in Time" has been awarded The Certificate of Excellence from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers.
